
Delivery Policy
The safe transport of your new purchase is important to us. We believe the investment of professional home delivery is the best choice. For a modest fee, our trained delivery drivers will deliver and setup your new purchase in the appropriate room. We have a few tips and guidelines to help make your delivery go smoothly.
- All orders must be paid before delivery
- Due to the amount of deliveries, we cannot accommodate appointment times. We will schedule time frames according to the location of your home.
- Upon request, our drivers will call 30 minutes before delivery.
- Please clear the area for your new purchase. Our delivery drivers are not allowed to move or setup electronics or move existing furniture.
- We request a 48 hour notice on delivery cancellations or reschedules. If you are not home for a delivery, a handling fee equal to the delivery fee may be assessed.
- Our delivery area is limited to Merced County, Stanislaus County and its surrounding communities.
- If special arrangements need to be made, please speak to one of our salespeople.
Pickup Policy
- Please bring original receipt and photo ID.
- Bring the appropriate size vehicle to accommodate the items to be transported.
- Bring enough rope, blankets, packing materials, etc. to safely secure the items.
- Our warehouse staff will assist in loading but is not responsible for securing merchandise to the vehicle.
- Before leaving, ensure your load is safe and secure. Once you leave, the merchandise becomes your responsibility. Hansen's is not responsible for loss or damage incurred beyond our control.
